Purpose:

cam7 high resolution ne120 with MT L93 and SST+4K


Description:

  • pe_layout (60 nodes)
./xmlchange NTASKS=7680
  • rrtmgp
./xmlchange --append CAM_CONFIG_OPTS="-rad rrtmgp"
  • SST+4K

This dataset was build by adding +4K when sea-ice coverage >0.5

This run also failed with:

 ERROR: negative moist layer thickness.  timestep or remap time too large

I will change to:

se_hypervis_subcycle_sponge=9

similarly to what you recommend in: [f.e30_cam6_4_036.FMTHIST.ne120_L93.001]
