Trimming output in development runs

We talked about trimming the output in development runs.

I started a googledocs where you can add the fields your want to output.

For reference, the current output was:

My own preference would be to start from empty tapes instead of keeping: history_amwg = .true.

It seems that we're coming up w/ a comprehensive h0 list of vars in the google doc, and so headed down the path to set empty_htapes=T which overwrites any of these history_ settings and so we won't need to worry about how they are being set by default.

Can someone explain why we want QRL QRS at daily? This is the only requested daily variable

They are in addition to the daily fields listed above.

People could already look at the first run #78 with reduced output and see what they are missing.
