Add configuration file to all scripts

Currently all scripts have MongoDB information hard-coded so it's not easy to run all of them in a row with another configuration (need to change every file).
I think we should change the scripts to read a configuration file with this configuration, so we can have many different configuration files (for tests, production etc.) and it'll be easy to change and run everything at once.
We can use a code like the one I created for tjrj project to read config.ini file.
