Bug Description

The bottom line is that the plugin for custom crafts does not want to work in tandem with mv core. Crafting exists in the recipe list, but creation is blocked

Steps to reproduce

• I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.
