PacPack game is unplayable

PacPack is a port of the arcade games Puck-Man and Ms. Pac-Man for TS-Config, released in 2018. The above link (in Russian) has a downloadable .spg file.

After initiating either of two games and the intro jingle stops the program starts to behave like all dots have been eaten and loads the next stage. This repeats indefinitely, meaning that you never get to actually control Pac-Man or his fiancée. The game also has some strange graphical glitches, but unfortunately there seems to be no footage online of this game being played on a real computer, so I can't say if they are not intended to be present.
If this makes any difference, I loaded the game from an SD card in the secondary card slot. CPU speed and memory span seem to have no effect on this issue.
