Emmm，不知道是不是我一个人的问题。

从test-3升级到了0.3.0插件，speedtest测速没有区别。但是上油管，0.3.0插件非常慢（从打开网站到视频播放速度都很慢）。同一时间同一线路同一个视频，test-3可以到10w以上但0.3.0只能几千。已经在Nekobox里面关闭了QUIC，也在手机Chrome里面关闭了了QUIC。情况很类似没有关闭QUIC前的情况。

是我一个人吗？
