Describe the problem: Unable to restore backup from version 1.2.9

Expected behavior: Restore backup from 1.2.9 on 1.3.2 version

Actual behavior: Did nothing. It's showing some window at crazy speed and that's it. Restoring on 1.2.9 works fine. Clear install 1.3.2 doesn't help also.

#How to reproduce: Try to restore backup from 1.2.9 on 1.3.2 version. Android 9. All permissions enabled etc.
