BUG: code ru not found in geosite

Describe the problem

When enable "Правило домена для Russia" rule vpn cannot start and show msg: "code ru not found in geosite"

Trick as "domain:ru" not working. Sites spotting my proxy server ip instead of real.

geosite.db and geoip.db were updated in app settings before the try

Expected behavior:
VPN should allow direct connections to Russian sites

Actual behavior:
Nekobox cannot start

How to reproduce

1. Enable "Правило домена для Russia" in routes section
2. Try to start service

Confirmed, the issue is present in version 1.3.2.
It works fine in version 1.2.9.

You can also change geosite:ru to geosite:category-ru
