When this option is enabled, the bot creates one role for each world, then assigns every applicable role to each user in the server. For example, if a user has one GW2 account on every world, the bot will give them all of the worldsync roles.
Maybe also make an option to opt-out of worldsync for privacy; like if you have a secret account on the opponent world that you don't want anybody to know about. Not sure if this would be useful to anybody.
