Was this setup, originally, with CubeMX? I am trying to port this to Marlin 2.0 and was going to update the BSP but cannot find the ioc project.

I built a printer with the disc: STEVAL-3DP001V1

This board is a good project.
I want to modify it and give drivers for stepper motors external and powerful for larger stepper motors.
 
I hesitate because there is no update to MARLIN 2.
Do you have good information on how to download MARLIN 2 for STEVAL-3DP001V1?

New boards, when I finish a PCB project, I can gladly give up at the price of the elements for help in MARLIN 2 software.
