[FEAT] Add "Download List/Progress" Section

Description

Currently, there is no way to know what are the list of liveries being downloaded rather than a small section showing the current download number out of the total.

Solution

Create a separate Download List section

Why is this the best solution?

By this we got to know the total list of downloads and current progress of the downloads and the balance download details in a single page. This will be more informative for the users of what's happening.

I was planning to do this, but I decided that unless it's perfect, I don't want to release it.

There's some weird issues between request and Electron, meaning that we can't get the progress of current downloads, which is really like to do.

If someone could enlighten me on a way to do this, I'd love it.

I'll put this on the backlog.

Hopefully we can have a Christmas update with loads of new features (and languages!).
