Use email_import modulo over API

Hi All,

Could kindly let me know if it's passive use of the module email_import.py over API. I'm planning the send EML/MSG files from my SOAR to MISP through API. I know that it is possible to send Malicious files. However, the email import module parses the email and extracts the IoCs.
