Concerns on nnUNetTrainerV2_airwayAug.py

Dear authors,

Thanks for this wonderful work. I have the concern on nnUNetTrainerV2_airwayAug.py, as in the function get_moreDA_augmentation_airway, more keys like "rot90", "do_additive_brightness", "blank_rectangles", "do_local_gamma" are not exist in the original nnUNet repo, should the default_3D_augmentation_params also be updated to include these params?
