Thank you for making available this tool, it works very well!

This is not an issue (but discussions were not enabled and no contact email addresses were provided), just want to share with you that your tool is now available as a 3D Slicer extension: https://github.com/lassoan/SlicerHDBrainExtraction#readme

This is a great way to allow clinical end-users or less tech-savvy users to use your tool with a convenient GUI.
