[Feature request] Offline message: more options

Will be nice to be able to have some more option:

• Offline redirect: when user click on the widget that is offline open the redirect URL in a new Window
• Load a contact form (custom URL) inside the widget. Be able to redirect user to a contact form URL that load inside the widget in the case the department is offline or the chat is refused or no operator reply. Instead of show LHC offline page, load inside the widget a custom URL. Maybe the URL can be set in the offline form. Will be nice to see this, useful for use the ticket web page without user has to change the page because of the offline redirect that can open the form in the same window loosing what visitor is doing or in a new window.
