Visitor start a chat than after 1 minute of waiting time leave the chat but on operator side the chat still be pending with alert sound even if in the chat there is log visitor has closed the chat or is no more online.
Please add the possibility to stop the pending chat sound if the visitor is no more online in the queue or has closed the chat.
I know admin can set to play the sound for a pending chat just three times but i want the sound still play until the chat is not accepted or visitor has left the queue.
Actually from my test and daily experience when a visitor start a chat request and leave after a minute where I'm not able to reply the sound still play also if the visitor has closed the chat and is no more in the queue.
Will be nice and useful see the implementation of stopped sound for chat where visitor has left the queue.
