IAlbumArtExtractorのメンバ Extract(string filePath) の戻り値をStreamに変更する #11

戻り値をStreamに変更することに伴って、Bitmap や BitmapImage を返すことが可能なクラスを新たに用意しようと考えています。
このクラスはSelectorや各種AlbumArtExtractorを利用する、より具体的で目的に焦点を当てたものにする予定です。
このクラスをどんな感じにするかについてはもう少し検討する必要があると思います。
