VSO REST API 1.0 is now available. Should update this client to use these APIs. See (http://www.visualstudio.com/integrate/reference/reference-vso-overview-vsi)

One notably difference is with how some APIs now live at a project-scoped URL. For example, Builds and Definitions are now accessible at https://someaccount.visualstudio.com/defaultcollection/someproject/_apis/build/definitions

I've made some changes in PR #25 to default the client to API 1.0, added more tests, and fixed a few bugs I found along the way.
