owner category

I'd like a people category called "owner". It could be set automatically when a person's name is entered as the owner when creating a site.

We don't have categories for people, only for users. We coudl consider adding them, but I think it would be confusing. We can essentially calculate when a person is an owner based on whether they are listed as the owner on any sites, though. Where would you like to see/use this piece of data?

I guess it's mostly so I can tell who is a potential harvester (which I assume the owners are not).
