What

Our status is a bit basic at the moment, we don't report individual issues with listeners but instead report it at the top level gateway level.
Ideally we would report DNSPolicy status for each listener as either enforced or not and then the overall gateway as Enforced/PartiallyEnforced/NotEnforced based on the aggregated status of the gateway listeners affected by a given DNSPolicy

@guicassolato does the state of the world work help with this? Kinda feel having a listener status and aggregate gateways status is something key we are missing right now
