Apres mise à jour OTA certaines infos doivent etre relues du device #2698

Pour faire suite au cas #2695

Une fois la mise à jour OTA terminée, forcer la relecture des points suivants

infos du cluster 0000 supportées donc
au moins SWBuildID/0x4000 si supporté

Noter que le firmware peut corriger un certain nombre de ces infos du cluster 0000
