Implement a ThumbSnap adapter for this API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Imgur is the primary source of truth for BikeTag Images and the associated data. So that we can remove this single point of failure (which sometimes does fail) we can build an alternative. ThumbSnap is one alternative that is also free!

Describe the solution you'd like
Add source "ThumbSnap", and build out the overloaded methods for adding, editing, and deleting BikeTag posts.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Imgur is still the primary, free, source of truth. This would be a backup or additive source for when Imgur is unavailable or there is an issue.

Additional context
This work would be best completed by someone(s) with more ThumbSnap experience than I have. I am willing to participate as long as there are others involved as well.
