Bugs in the Objective Function of the model file and in the storage equations

I issued the problem here: OSeMOSYS/OSeMOSYS_GNU_MathProg#96
but think it is relevant to this model, too, and might be overseen otherwise. Especially if storage is implemented, this is relevant.

thanks for flagging this. The issue is purely sotrage related right?
In OSeMBE we don't model storage. Therefore, I'd close this issue, unless I got it wrong.

That is true, the issue only matters when storage is involved.
