opening for the first time with half display

Current Behavior

When i am opening the app in windows 10 for the first time after restarting, then it is opein in the half display only but the mouse cursor function is working in the whole region.

its like it is being compressed to half window only but the funtion is still working as it is opened as a full screen app. It gets resolved when closed and reopen but i just want to help you.

Expected Behavior

The app should open in full screen without being compressed to half of the window.
