This needs a major update: https://julialang.org/learning/getting-started/

Refers to a very old version of Julia. Also, we probably want to recommend VS Code nowadays instead of Atom. Should also probably refer to the updated ecosystems page that we prepare in #800 and how to do common data things, make a plot etc.

Hey,would it be okay if I try some kind of mix of this:layout like https://golang.org/doc/tutorial/getting-started ,https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/documentation/quickstart/, and the orginal version of getting started of julia(which I checked is kind of loosely based on python getting started article) here..with few more plots
And the code examples could be showcased here(with just their links which lead to their respective repl.it files)....we can merge the code examples too and getting started if that's okay #855

The page that I have linked in the first comment. It has a Julia 1.1.1 terminal screenshot, which could be replaced by the video.
