Problem: Cannot stop/kill serve from commandline
No Help Usage Info printed out when using API or CLI for command.

Expected: Able to stop server and/kill server instance via CLI or API

How do I kill the server without having to revert to using OS system Kill Process command?

Environment Info
Julia 0.4.6 -- Using Repl
Win 7 Platform
