Use ClassicalOrthogonalPolynomials.jl for hydrogen orbitals #9

I suggest we move to ClassicalOrthogonalPolynomials.jl to compute the associated Laguerre polynomials needed in the radial hydrogenic orbitals, cf. https://github.com/JuliaAtoms/CoulombIntegrals.jl/blob/9985b3f38ffe7c730dbb9a8347cc39b5bba65bc3/test/hydrogenic_orbitals.jl#L19-L27
