Ex: set output format to PNG or SVG, set background to transparent.

Output format is not yet configurable, but this is possible. I'll work on it.

Setting the background transparent is not something this tool can control. If it is possible for a particular diagram type, it will be configurable in the diagram's code. If not, there's nothing Kroki can do, and therefore nothing this tool can do.
