Cascadia Code PL - Some symbols are not displayed

Hi everyone,

some of the symbols are not properly displayed as you can see on the screnshots below. I have the same issue with Powershell 5.1 and Powershell Core 7.0.2

I installed Cascadia Code PL from https://github.com/microsoft/cascadia-code/releases/tag/v2102.03

Environment

• Oh my Posh version: 3.94.2
• Theme: Paradox
• Operating System: Windows 10
• Shell: Powershell 5.1 (same issue with Powershell core 7.0.2)
• Terminal: Windows Terminal

Steps to Reproduce

Import-Module posh-git
Import-Module oh-my-posh
Set-PoshPrompt -Theme paradox

Cascadia does not contain all glyphs(same question here #145). From the doc:

Oh my Posh was designed using Meslo LGM NF, but any Nerd Font should be compatible with the standard themes.

The other option is to replace the missing icons with ones available in cascadia.

I'll allow a final explanation to this for future reference:

1. V2 was never created with deliberate support for CCPL, that's a coincidence rather than a design decision. V2 was designed with support for NF, that's a fact (there for sure are themes with unsupported icons too in V2).
2. The installation guide has a font section, just like V2 did (no regression there, exact same font).
3. Paradox is available.

Paradox currently works incorrect even with the Caskaydia Cove Nerd Font =(

@AntonSmolkov are you sure the font is set correctly? Otherwise we'll adjust that icon because indeed, it should work.

Just noticed - It works corrently in windows terminal and vscode, but not in the regular powershell window.

In that case the font isn't set correctly in that terminal.

For anyone wondering what is the actual Nerd Font fontFace value would be to replace Cascadia Mono PL, this is what I have in my settings.json for Windows Terminal:
