The server has a management REST API. However at the moment the error responses are not standardized.
We should standardize this. Ideally we'd use something like https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7807. However this is JSON based. Given all requests and responses in our API are RDF. We should have a standard RDF error response.
