Using REST calls, programmatically create ISA objects and construct ISA content that can be dumped to JSON or to ISA tab. Look at the ISA API objects and corresponding tests in the ISA API project as a guide.

Oops, closed as thought was duplicate of issue in isa-api. Reopened.

Can build on the ISA Galaxy tool implementation by doing a POST of the JSON parameters to create an ISA-Tab.
