PCL2 does not plan to add support for other languages for the time being. #119 mentions a similar suggestion. Here are the reasons for rejecting it:

1. The English text is mostly longer than the Chinese text, which leads to the need to re-layout the page.
2. Other sites in PCL2 are also difficult to deal with.
3. File download in PCL2 mainly serves Chinese Mainland now. If other languages are supported, it needs to be adjusted.
