An optional second toolbar on top of the first one, similar to how Florisboard does it (see below)

I want access to a lot of buttons without needing to scroll through all of them multiple times in a row

Describe alternatives you've considered (if any)
I got used to the convenience of Florisboard, but a recent update made me start looking elsewhere, and Heliboard seems very promising :)
