Black screen after looking around in vehicle w/ mouse accel ENABLED

Creating a profile in-game and re-enabling mouse acceleration did not resolve these symptoms for user "-OffTopic-" in Discord.

The user hadn't installed the 3.3.0a Manual Upgrade package yet, but I doubt that will help.

WORKAROUND

1. Hold the OS keyboard key (has Windows logo) and tap 'R'
2. Enter %appdata%\SPV3
3. Delete all kernel and loader files. These are the launcher's config files.
   WARNING! If you selected one of our MCC options for bypassing Custom Edition's DRM, their setting is cleared.
   If you do not own Custom Edition, we recommend importing a fake Product ID into you Registry to trick Custom Edition into thinking it was activated.
4. Replace SPV3's haloce.exe with http://vaporeon.io/hosted/halo/mods/halo_hq_exe_icons_and_laa_fix.7z
