User Story

As a System Owner, I want to select additional user(s) to view sensitive or closely-held agreements.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The System Owner (only) can identify a user and mark them as able to access closely held agreements.
  • The System Owner (only) can reverse the above and remove this privilege from a given user.
  • Any change in assignment or removal of the assignment of this privilege should be recorded in the same event history audit log of user changes / privilege changes ???
