Wizard Step: Preflight

• The step shows a list of passed and failed (if applicable) steps
• The user can only proceed to the next step when all checks are successful
• Next step:
  • if category and subcategory are set and associated with Illuminate Content: Activate Illuminate Content
  • otherwise: Test input

Preferably we have an API call that returns two lists, passed and failed checks, including a title, description and requirement. Maybe also an attribute like preflight_success or something similar.
