I'm a bit surprised about the 5-domain cap + organizations being allowed to submit more than 5 domains without a warning.
Capturing feedback from #285 from @thezedwards that it will be helpful for the technical checks to issue a warning on sets with more than 5 associated sites; since as per currently documented behavior, the browser will auto-reject rSA/rSAFor calls beyond the limit. Developers submitting larger sets may be surprised by this.
