The nav list currently does not use the names given to items in the section. These names, like name=“story0” aren’t used in the <ol>, which uses a simple serial numbering system which counts all the

tags starting from 0 and increases the count incrementally. This can become a real problem if the story is edited after output from the editor and the numbers given in name differ from the count of items.

It would be a lot clearer to use the attributes set in name=.

Yeah, let's think about the navigation design in general coming up when we have time.
