Add and Error check if NAMD version 2.14 is actually being used #35

This software only works for NAMD 2.14, and does not work for NAMD 2.13...

Add a check to read the NAMD log and check if NAMD 2.14 is being used (at least for the 1st cycle), if not, produce an Error.
