Add an Image Gallery Section 📸

Description:

Introduce a new section on our website to display highlight images from our recent event.

Requirements:

• Placement: Between 'Speakers' and 'FAQ' sections.
• Design: Responsive with a carousel format (use background number 3).
• Optimization: Ensure the built-in <Image /> component is being used.

Notes:

• Initially, use placeholder images until the final images are provided.
• There's currently no dedicated carousel library in Astro.
  • You can bring your own UI framework with a carousel library for it of your choice.
    • Ensure it plays well with Astro!
