cant build random map in yuri's revenge

i test many ddraw version , Almost everyone has this problem cant make random map , help me pls

DDRAW 6.9 can be used normally for the first time, but if the draw.ini parameter is modified , it cannot be clicked in the future. Even if DDRAW. ini is restored to its default settings, it still cannot be clicked. The Create Random Map button is black and cannot be clicked, game never crash，Only options cannot be clicked

you uploaded the wrong file, there is no log in it.
