Offline Article and Full feed rss not working

Full feed articles not available for some rss feed so every time click full feed manually for each articles. And these feeds also not available to offline for full reading. I give some feed examples -

Both feeds loaded full article for me. After opening any article from feed, swipe down again to view full article.
