Is your feature request related to a problem?

User deletion right now isn't very helpful to anyone as the user isn't really gone from our services.

Describe the feature you'd like

When a user is deleted, all their add-ons should be removed (the confirmation dialog should state this similar to the use deletion modal). If they're an author on an add-on with multiple authors, they'd simply be removed from the add-on.
