Support [Property] for NetList and NetDictionary #6759

What can't you do?

NetList and NetDictionary currently don't support the [Property] attribute.

How would you like it to work?

It should work the same as a List/Dictionary property.

What have you tried?

Using a List instead to get the property inspector.
