PIS not working on non RPI single board computer #3

Trying to use the PIS with a Pine rock64. When the PIS is plugged in normally, my SBC can not detect it. lsusb yields no results matching the PIS. However, if I put the PIS into boot mode, it is detected as "Raspberry Pi RP2 Boot".

Any suggestions?
