Pre-withdrawing broken channels

I'm withdrawing certain broken channels tonight for a better user experience.

This does mean that the amount of channels will be reduced, but it'll ease off the confusion.

Changes that will be made: STV will be moved to ITV1's spot, and STV+1 will be moved to ITV1+1's spot.

I need to generate a full report of broken channels first though

Channels now withdrawn. Now 80s does work, and is a Samsung link, so please ignore that lol.

If the channels return, changes will be undone.

Even though it works, I may also withdraw QUEST.

@freearkey withdrew it from IPTV-org yesterday, since apparently there were DMCA claims in 2020 over it which I was unaware of when submitting the channels. I think the copyright owner may have changed, but I'm not gonna risk it.
