In the case that an NPL message wasn't received successfully (recipient doesn't transmit an ACK packet), HotPocket should notify the contract that a NPL message wasn't sent successfully, please allow messages that failed transmission to return an error of some sort.

If this were to be implemented, packet retransmission could be performed and the consensus rate should increase on paper.
