did a transfer then an install

and get

my lease amount is

"leaseAmount": 0.00001

which is same for all my nodes

tried installing over and over kept getting this error

so in /etc/sashimono/mb-xrpl/mb-xrpl.cfg

changed "leaseAmount": 0.00001,

to "leaseAmount": 0.001,

and fresh install worked over existing config
