Problem with DownLoad OSM Data #224
Comments
Hello, it is highly recommended to upgrade to a more recent version of ArcMap. The latest builds for the ArcGIS OSM Editor are available for 10.6 and higher. That being said, you might want to try to update the download URL from http:// to https:// and run the download OSM Download geoprocessing tool in the foreground. For more information about foreground and background geoprocessing, please refer to the following help pages https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/analyze/executing-tools/foreground-and-background-processing.htm |
Thank you very much for your suggestion.

Hello
I have installed the tool box in my arcGIS map 10.3 and this tool still doesn't works.
it showed information as follows:
The underlying connection was cloase: an unexpected error occurred on a send.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Failed to execute( OSMGPDownload).
I do not know the reason and how to solve this problem.
Thank you!
