Description of the issue:

Code in nuopc ocn_import_export.F90 is using my_task and master_task from the communications.F90 before they have been assigned.

Version:

  • CESM: 2.3.x
  • POP2: cesm_pop_2_1_20210930

Any xml/namelist changes or SourceMods:

none
